A big website is not that useful; a spreadsheet or something simple would be enough.

Last faculty meeting of the spring:

• Introduce the program, ask faculty to think about whether they have items to donate. Fill out Google Form.

Summer:

• Create a Google Form to go out to new students, asking if they would be interested in any of the items available.

Late summer:

• Match up donater with recipient. Email both. They have to arrange for delivery/drop off by the last week of September.
