Process

  • Start right away after 10/15
  • Trying to wrap up the process before the end of the year

My questions

  • Process: Getting clarity on our vision of math ed.
    • Make sure we have a living understanding of what the ad means.
  • Letters of recommendation/references.
    • We require names/contact information. We will contact these people at some point in the process.
  • Send out “no” sooner

Process ideas

  • Provide interview questions ahead of time?
  • Teaching demo?
  • Filter?
  • Someone who doesn’t have a master’s in math probably would not teach a 300-level course.
