• Looking for a clinic which takes our insurance.
  • We have the Empire Plan; United Health is the relevant provider for hospital and other services. Infertility benefits are separate; to start that process, we would need a diagnosis of infertility and would then call the Empire Plan to activate our benefits.
  • Buffalo IVF, recommended by the gynecologist, does not take United Healthcare.
