Sofa upholstery

We want to re-upholster our blue sofa set. All are 2.5" thick and 19" deep. The two separate chairs have 19" wide cushions; the love-seat and sofa have 21" wide cushions. A Twin XL matterss topper (38" by 80") would be a perfect size to provide for all three.
