Note to Tim

Hi Tim, thanks again for showing us around today! We spent a few more hours this evening talking about what we’re most interested in. One thing we came to was that we definitely are interested in having more land–the Grand Island house isn’t right for us but we did like how much land it had. We called Paul today and will chat with him tomorrow morning. We also cleared off all the old hearts and looked again at what is for sale. Here’s how we propose to go forward:

We are interested in 144 South Cayuga–would you mind looking into it so that we could get a sense of what a good offer would be?
We would love to go see 761 Willardshire house tomorrow if it’s possible. If we do go, perhaps we could also go by 351 Girdle Road? We put a heart on that today.
We had previously marked 539 Pine Street in South Lockport. Any chance of being able to see that tomorrow?
We marked a bunch of vacant land in Williamsville and Clarence school districts. Would you mind having a look? I don’t know how these work–whether we can just drive out to them on our own, or whether we should schedule viewings, but we would be interested in seeing a few of these as well if they looked promising to you.
