UNFOLD DOCUMENTATION A cheat sheet.  idea for Unfold Studio: design a system together, probably it needs to follow a standard tick model. Maybe the tick model could be a day in the life of school.

Unfold studio:  How might we embed computational thinking within existing narrative cultural forms?

What are the epistemic forms at work in Unfold Studio?  Structures of storytelling and identity, relationship between narrative and storyteller.   Code constructs: descriptions of process.  Problem-centered analysis / situation-action models: critical discourse models

What are the epistemic games at work?  Writing process Process of telling a story, creating connection between storyteller, story, and audience.  Planning      Directed graphs Programming, 

What are the constraints, entry conditions, moves, transfers, and target epistemic forms of these games?  Entry conditions: invitations to play or to author.  Moves: making choices, scripting choices.  Transfers: fork, change the story Target epistemic form: A narrative that successfully evokes some lived experience, makes a point to the reader. How do we know we’re there? That’s where the literacy space comes in.
