SIGCSE -> TOCE (What about Computer Science Education?)     Follow-up interviews with area experts, grounding this case in larger patterns. 

    Conceptual grounding: recognizing K12 CS issues as cases of known K12 pedagogical issues. Analyzing how the addition of computation challenges existing perspectives from other areas of education could 

    Commonalities of previous attempts to inject computing into K-12.
