May, then June thought I had set up the autopay. Always pay off credit cards in full, when I have made a mistake, in my experience, companies always willing to remove fee + interest. I was told the fee and interest would be removed, but this was not done in this case.

Request exception for removal of 30-day waiver.  Account Closed.  I’m expecting a letter regarding closure, and a call back about the 30-day waiver.
