social science grant The Center for Computational Social Science is now accepting applications for our 2016 Fellows program. If you’re working on computationally intensive social science research consider applying. 

Funding amounts available:

  • 1 award of $10,000 - to be used for general research support (software, transcription, translation, data, surveys, etc.)
  • 2 awards of $5,000 - to be used for general research support (software, transcription, translation, data, surveys, etc.)
  • 4 award of $2,000 - to be used **only **for data acquisition

Deadline: September 1

Who can apply?

Open to Stanford graduate students from the six social science departments (Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Communication, & Psychology), the Graduate School of Education, and the Stanford Cyber Initiative.
