The Acquisition of a Child by a Learning
The Acquisition of a Child by a Learning Disability McDermott (1993)
The term learning simply glosses that some persons have achieved a particular relationship with each other, and it is in terms of these relations that information necessary to everyone’s participation gets made available in ways that give people enough time on task to get good at what they do. If that happens enough, it can be said that learning happens. It probably makes more sense to talk about how learning acquires people than it makes sense to talk about how people acquire learning.
