- Buying non-toxic cleaners—maybe we can have a committee come up with some guidelines?
- What does the house buy communally? What kinds of purchasing values do we hold?
Expectations around common areas - Storage - Which are common storage areas? What expectations shall we have around them? - Where could we add infrastructure (shelves; racks; …) to make these work better? - Who has stuff in the closet in the main room/exercise room in 2284? - Usage - 2296 Common room. Pot. TV. Respect. Tone. - What is the status of the 2296 back porch? - Do we have a vision for how each of the common areas will be used? - if the back room in 2284 is going to be an exercise room, how do we make it easily so? Can we move the crew machine there? - Alternative places for the dining table in order to ease space in the back kitchen room? - Upgrades - Coworking space—getting rid of couches, moving fridge + espresso machine + toaster oven into room - Piano? Does anyone use it? Sell it on craiglist? - Kitchens - 2296 Tools, supplies stay in 2296. - Where do trash cans live?
